The Babcock Industrial Coatings Facility offers a “one stop shop” for industrial blasting, surface preparation and painting. We profile to ISO 9000 standards using “A”, “B” and “C” grade medium garnet, black shot or Glass “B”.
The Industrial Coatings Facility is fully OSH compliant and comprises:
- A grit blasting booth 11.55m x 5.59m x 4.4m
- Two spray painting booths 11.35m x 5.33m x 4.4m
We provide coating to wood, aluminium and steel, and are able to spray paint in a controlled environment with internal booth temperature control up to 110c. Access to all of our booths is designed to allow full size work pieces with an overhead travelling crane.
Application is completed by expert certified tradesmen, ensuring a top quality result.
